CREATION PROCESS
EcorNutz start life as a recycled paper roll. It is then converted through our very own machine, producing twisted paper that is cut to length and then boxed.
MAXIMISING PACKING VOLUME
When EcoNutz come off the machine they are twisted tightly so when they are sealed inside the box they stay tight. When the customer opens the box they start to slowly expand.
The natural process of handling EcoNutz or dispensing them into a box also 'fluff' the EcoNutz up a little more, further increasing packing volume (up to 50% more).
Not only are you getting more packing volume, you are also saving valuable floor space.
INTERLOCKING TECHNOLOGY
EcoNutz were specifically designed so they interlock with one another, this 'locks' the product being shipped in the centre of the box, eliminating migration and damage to your product.

SHOCK ABSORPTION
The secret behind EcoNutz outstanding protective absorption capabilities is a combination of the twisted paper and paper memory. As force is exerted onto the EcoNutz they push back much like a spring would do, maintaining their original shape after impact ready for the next shock absorption to take place.
